Payment Plan Policy *

I understand the expectation is to complete the payment plan in full. The Alliance is not able to pause plan, skip payments, or change the payment dates.

Enrollments canceled before accessing CNP Central and program content will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. You can request a refund up to 7 days after purchase by emailing CNPcredential@nla1.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after accessing CNP Central and program content.
